What I collect
- What you type into the form: your name, phone, email, date of birth, state, and your answers to the questions.
- Email activity: if you got an email from me, I can see whether it was opened and whether you clicked the link. If you arrive here from that link, I can also see which parts of this page you viewed and whether you started or finished the form.
- Basic technical details: your browser type and approximate country, which come with any visit to a website.
Why I use it
To answer your request for information about life insurance, to know when to follow up, and to avoid contacting you about things you didn't ask about.
Who I share it with
I don't sell your information. It's shared only:
- with an insurance company, if you choose to apply for a policy;
- with the services that run this site and my email (Cloudflare for hosting, Google for email, and a private message notification so I can call you back quickly);
- when the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising trackers. It stores a small amount of information in your browser for the length of your visit so the form remembers your answers.
Your choices
- Every email has an unsubscribe link. Using it stops all emails from me.
- To ask what I have about you, or to have it deleted, email david.obiora@lifelegacynetwork.com or call 224-856-0290.
Children
This site is for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
